Learn Smart Early Learning Centre acknowledges the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which the Centre stands. We pay respect to Elders past, present, and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. At Learn Smart Early Learning Centre, our philosophy reflects the heart of who we are — a nurturing community built on trust, safety, belonging, and collaboration, where every child, family, and educator feels supported and valued.
The rights and best interests of every child guide all we do. Children’s safety, health, and wellbeing are paramount, and each child is respected, heard, and valued in decisions affecting them.
Child safety stands at the core of our philosophy. Children have the right to learn, play, and grow in a space that is secure, respectful, and responsive to their individual needs. We foster a culture of care, respect, and vigilance to uphold Child Safe standards, ensuring children feel safe, cared for, confident, and capable. Our team adheres to professional practices that protect children from harm, maintain confidentiality, and support the principles of the National Quality Framework.
